Rage Against the Machine to release live DVD

Rage Against the Machine to release live DVD
Contributed by alex101, Posted by John Gentile Sony Music 10 years ago

Rage Against the Machine have announced plans to release a live DVD. It will be called Live At Finsbury Park. It's due out October 16 via Eagle Rock Entertainment.

The show was taped June 6, 2010 at Finsbury Park in London. The release is notable in that in 2009, English DJ Jon Mortter tried to get the band's song "Killing in the Name" at the top of the music charts during Christmas of that year. The band donated the proceeds of the single to charity and also performed the free live show featured on the DVD. The band also covers The Clash's "White Riot."
