The Rock and Roll Hall of fame has announced its long list of nominations for the 2018 induction. The nominated groups this year are Bon Jovi, Kate Bush, The Cars, Depeche Mode, Dire Straits, Eurythmics, J. Geils Band, Judas Priest, LL Cool J, MC5, The Meters, Moody Blues, Radiohead, Rage Against The Machine, Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, Nina Simone, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Link Wray, and The Zombies. Groups that were nominated last year but not inducted, that are not included on this years ballot include Kraftwerk, Bad Brains, Jane’s Addiction, Nine Inch Nails, The Smiths, and Janet Jackson. The 2018 inductees will be announced this December.
