Patti Smith: “Smells Like Teen Spirit”

Patti Smith has released the first video from her 2007 covers album, Twelve. The track in question is Nirvana's famous "Smells Like Teen Spirit."

The video was directed by Jem Cohen, who is well-known for his post-modern 1999 documentary Instrument, which documented ten years of Fugazi.
