Fat Wreck Chords have announced a release date for the recently unveiled new EP from the The Lawrence Arms. The record is titled Buttsweat and Tears and is due out October 27, 2009

When released, the 7" will be the band's first new material since 2006's Oh! Calcutta!. The Lawrence Arms entered the studio in June to record the songs for it, and will be supporting the release with a 10th Anniversary show in their hometown of Chicago in October as well as a week of west coast dates in November.
