As reported yesterday, Paul McCartney was joined on stage by former Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic (and Pat Smear) to perform a new song they had written together, titled "Cut Me Some Slack." The song was written for Grohl's new documentary Sound City. Before the rest of the band took stage, McCartney repeated that he initially didn't realize he was playing with members of Nirvana.
