IGN has produced a list of the "Top 10 Punk Drummers. The list includes video clips of each drummer and some background on each.
Leading the list is Bill Stevenson (Black Flag, Descendents, Lemonheads, etc.) followed by Travis Barker of Blink-182, Earl Hudson of Bad Brains, Tre Cool of Green Day, Josh Freese of countless bands including The Vandals, Tommy Ramone of Ramones, Jordan Burns of Strung Out, Dave Wagenschutz of Lifetime, Paint It Black. Kid Dynamite and others.
