Riot Fest has announced the second wave of bands for the 2009 edition of the Chicago Festival. The new additions include Butthole Surfers, Naked Raygun, 88 Fingers Louie, Riverboat Gamblers, Pegboy, No Empathy, New Bomb Turks, Youth Brigade, Teenage Bottlerocket, Lower Class Brats, Teen Idols, Off With Their Heads, the Arrivals, Shot Baker, Flatfoot 56, Fear City, the Frankl Project and Anxiety High.

They join the already confirmed lineup which features Screeching Weasel, NOFX, Alkaline Trio, Murder City Devils, the Dead Milkmen and Cock Sparrer. The shows take place at the Congress Theatre, Metro, Double Door, Subterranean and Cobra Lounge. A limited number of five day passes go on sale June 6th for $99.00.
